Mahanthi a maverick left winger off late turned towards Lohia , Ambedkar and Phule.He got mellowed with age and his bitter experiences both within and outside EENADU . Recently he tried to initiate some experiments with a small collective called citizen's initiative for right to justice. EENADU management which tolerated him for more than a dozen years as a maoist sympathiser kept him in loop line for another half a dozen years when he became an introvert. But as it smelled his resurrection as a caste oriented activist (HE is an OBC- Turpu kapu)it decided to get rid of him by shunting him to bhubaneswar. Poor mahanthi seems to be now in two minds... to be or not to be with EENADU anymore. now in a typical leninist jargon he may be murmuring... What is to be done? .This poor fellow has lot of unspent talent and analytical abilities which could be handy in this electronic media era. no body knows why this sufficiently qualified man ( an LLM from OU and several other degrees) carried on with EENADU for nearly two decades even when it did not offered him a single promotion. best of luck dear MV ...only if you quit EENADU. Any way Gopan pally plot is there to enhance your inner strength.

mahanthi we expected a big fight from you. but you seem to have surrendered to the management. you being an ardent trade unionist ... if decided to shut your mouth who will bell this big blood sucking cat. or is it a strategic calm before a big storm? wake up man. you are a hanuman. you don't know your own strength. Release all your latent energies and pool up all your contacts to teach this first undeclared SEZ in india which is known for its undeclared reservations (to its own caste group) a fitting lesson.
What a tragedy. non-journalists like paritala vishnu sans basic print media talents are continued in the same desk since 1990 till to date and some genuine journalists are dumped in to dust bin for no valid reasons.purushulandu punya purushulu verayaa... rightly said by vemana. all human beings are equal but some are more equal it seems.
An interesting fact about the transfers in EENADU ... as per the list displayed by you ... is that ...barring one or two persons all the transferred journalists are non-K. their fate was decided by three Ni-kammas (kiron a blind caste zealot, DNP a progressive looking feudal lord, MNR a sweet tongued rationalist with hidden agendas). They only protect their own caste people and other hitmen and crush others who dont' follow their agenda in letter and spirit.
EENADU management has used the services of a sadist called Kommineni laxminarayana as a tool to hit a senior & dissident scribe mahanthi below the belt so that he will be forced to resign. After this assignment KLN was shifted to Medak desk to purify it. now the days of v.rajendra prasad and vijay patnaik are to be counted there. There is a major ploy to send out senior most employees by harassing them utilising the services of stooges like KLN who does not know ABC of journalism. EENADU management will pay dearly in near future for all its misdeeds.
