Political reporters say YSR is following Babu in more than one way in the way he is running the show. A scribe covering the Congress says YSR would follow Babu’s media game plan too. Plans for family-owned Rajiv / Indira channel are shelved, we hear. As per the Babu Plan, YSR and party leaders would pump in funds in a newspaper that would be professionally managed with high degree of editorial independence but run by a trusted lieutenant. Yes, same to same what Babu-Radhakrishna did with Andhra Jyothi. Remember, Vemuri once a stringer, eventually rose to own the paper he worked for? The guy tipped to do a Vemuri for YSR is Ramakrishna Reddy. Senior Telugu scribes would remember this guy. He has better credentials, formerly news editor at Udayam. A native of Pulivendula and a businessman with net worth running into hundreds of crores, he has excellent rapport with CM. In fact, on the eve of 2004 elections, YSR entrusted him the job of conducting a State-wide survey on Congress’ poll prospects and the ideal winning candidates for the party. So, YSR got the right man for the right job! Let’s await action.
How come more channels and newspapers are in the pipeline though there is no big rise in readership / viewers for news? Our friend gave an interesting insight. Will talk about that later. What's your take on that? Tell us at apmedia@rediffmail.com

hellow sir,
ur comparison is very bad. ramakrishna reddy is not a political broker for any leader, and he will not developed with the shade of ysr. after the closer of udayam he entered into business with the suport of his brother not with any other leader.
