The once-successful Maa TV is once again going through turmoil. On Monday, News Desk head Bhavanarayana resigned. The issue of delay in hikes to news desk staff is said to be the reason! The management reportedly requested him stay put. Bhavanarayana’s resignation may not be linked to the recent developments, but would be seen as another indication of the trouble at the channel.
The channel is owned by four big names — original promoter Muralikrishnam Raju, industrialists Nimmagadda (Matrix) Prasad and film stars Chiranjeevi-Akkineni Nagarjuna. But only one man is said to be calling the shots – Sarat Marar, close to Allu Arvind and Chiru-Pavan brothers. After Marar’s entry the role of Sarma (former chairman of Prasar Bharati) was hastily changed from CEO to advisor and then sidelined. Soon, the channel’s creative head, Adivi ‘Forest’ Srinivas, credited with multiple hit programmes, left because of too much of interference. Forest is now with NTV.
Writer Kuppili Padma was taken as head of Serial programmes but is now considered as a bad choice. Her position became tenuous after Nag’s make-up man Chandra raised a stink on Padma’s demands for telecasting a serial he produced. She survives though.
Benjamin from Zee who is incharge for promotions is doing no great work. Chandrasekhar, with experience in production and admin, and now heading the creative wing, is no better. His first idea, a phone-in programme, was stopped after the first episode! It is to be seen if the latest brain roped in by Marar, Radio City’s Sai, would be any better.

There’s hardly anyone in the Eenadu editorial staff who doesn’t know this friendly Don. Work-obsessed Budan, seen at office at all hours of the day for more than a decade, is on the way out. He is on long leave! Starting as contributor in Chittoor district (during which period he faced the ire of communal elements), Budan was associated with Eenadu for more than 15 years and worked in various departments. No news on which new news channel he might prefer!

like budan there is another person in chennai eenaadu. His name is Hazarathaiah. he working since 15 to 16 years as a contributor. In his service he saw number of staff reporters came and gone. but only itta sambasivudu works in chennai long term that is 11 years. still he want to stay in chennai. even now he is not interested to join in hyderabad. CAN U TELL ME ABOUT VAARTTHA, HOW IT IS DOING. HOW MANY MEMBERS ARE GOING OUT FROM VAARTTHA IF U HAVE INFORMATION.
what happend to maa tv.The film personals or head of maa tv's should know about electronic media.Dont take hasty dessions.At the same time don't spoil the name of maa tv. In comming days maa tv would be first place in Andhra pradesh.Why shrma(prasara Bharati)pulled out of line.Sharat is fit for that place? Dont take cinema tricks.Please save the electronic media.
Maa Tv seems to be very good at roping in spent forces who will never make any difference to the channel shares or ratings. Instead they should look for people who have a passion for television with sound integrity too!!

it seems that ap blog is highly sympathetic with budan of eenadu who always seem to be talking to all and never seen working.he and his wife(who changed her surname as yalamanchili to get noticed in management)are known as critics of everyone and put them selves as intellectuals.there is not a single person in eenadu who are not criticised by this couple.some think both are cinics and need treatment.they are too jealous of their colleagues and go to any level to eradicate them.better apblog know it better

U have to look in to Eenadu Rahul, DN Prasad, Viswaprasad journalistic levels. DN Prasad seems to be gretest journalist in Telugu media after Narla Venkateswar rao. Viswa Prasad has never reporting knoledge. Atleast he has not even circle like Kommineni.
Rahul is another greatest journalist like Narla. He is using Telugu titles which is banned in Eenadu for many decades. Thanks to Ramoji - he is not seeing his Eenadu page one titles.
EEnadu edit page can be wind up immediately. No vews, no news, no explanations, no taste, no punch, no language, no expression. Atomic energy to Amalapuram street fight same writers, same lines, same expression including idiomatic lines.

Vachen, poyen language died in Telugu. But due to Rahul Eenadu is going back with very speed towards Nannayya's Telugu age. Pl dont use 'raw full' language and dont be like a 'Rahuvu' for Telugu language

Who is this prasara Bharathi sharma ? His typical background as a bureaucrat cannot be useful in these days. He thinks he is from the heavens. His arrogance was seen my many of our media persons. Where as marar has an excellent background with media for ages. He hails from media family. let him work.
There is an excellent scope for maatv but the potentiality is to be untapped by recruiting professionals in respective departments. The bottlenecks begin from the management itself. There are some blacksheeps. They blackmail that if they are ignored the channel would dissappear. Bullshit. Employeees get demoralised because of such stupid asoles.

not only we see vachen poyen died telugu words in Eenadu, some times it apper in Andhrajyothy also. You observe pertucularly in transalation itemes like shubasing, Jhunjunwala, harihar swarup, D. sitaram (I think this must be transalation article)etc there must be some sanscrit words like shoshanam, sardhavahulu, prucha, jeevashonitham etc... i think who translate this items..he must me orthadag bramhin or oledest fellow..I suggest Mr Vemuri radhakrishna please give him to trining in modern language...other wise send him to proof reading dept.Out these sancrit words Andhrajyothy Edit page is number one in Telugu News papers. Janavakyam is very progreesive and interesting in Andhrajyothy..try to more space for janavakyam...
